South Africa’s employment legislation rightly protects women, people with disabilities and historically disadvantaged groups. That framework is essential.

However, inclusion cannot end at legal categories.

There is a growing group of professionals whose differences are less visible — individuals who process information differently, focus deeply and thrive in structured clarity rather than constant stimulation.

I am one of them.

Through both lived experience and over 15 years of HR practice, I observed that many workplace systems unintentionally exclude capable individuals — not through intention, but through design.

This insight shaped the foundation of YOUR360 People Function: to design HR systems that are structured, compliant and performance-driven — while recognising cognitive diversity as an organisational strength.

Because inclusion is not an add-on. It is intelligent design.

Professional Credentials

Aletta Mashile holds a National Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, providing both operational HR expertise and strategic business insight.

She is a qualified Skills Development Facilitator (SDF), accredited Assessor and Moderator, and holds certification in Coaching and Mentoring.

Her qualifications support the design and implementation of compliant, performance-driven workforce systems across diverse organisational environments.

Professional Experience

The founder of YOUR360 People Function has over 15 years of experience in human resources, skills development, and organisational support across both public and private sector environments.

This experience includes work within government institutions such as the Gauteng Department of Economic Development, and Gauteng Department of Social Development where exposure to public sector workforce practices and development programmes provided valuable insight into organisational systems, policy implementation, and workplace learning initiatives.
